The cash is ddeposited directly into Mr A bank account in his home country of Africa meaning that from the UK side Mr A running is a loving caring charitable organisation where as in reality he is making huge amounts of money without paying any tax.
The equipment is the SOLD to who ever pays the most, this could includes Schools if thay can afford it but mostly it is sold to the public and then dumped in huge landfil sites or burnt for the raw components when it has no further use.
